Our Team

  • Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Acting President of the Board,

    Associate, Post Doctorate,

    Rafi started Readisten as a research oriented audio file repository due to interests and endeavors in medicine and the interrelation of neurosciences and education in that field. Seeing the need for on the go informative summaries with less of an editorialist or institutionalist perspective he began designing Readisten as a way to find others who are interested about technology, research, medicine, industry and communities. He is extraordinarily proud of the accomplishments to date and motivated to scale the company’s challenges towards a progressive enterprise philosophy.

  • Acting Chief Innovations Officer,

    Associate, Undergraduate,

    Program in Science, Technology, Engineering, Enterprise, Arts, Math and Music (STEAM 2022),

    Ryan is our Acting Chief Innovations Officer, appointed in Fall 2022. He started at Readisten as the Summer STEAM Internship Associate Spring 2022.

    As our Chief Innovations Officer, he oversees overall engineering strategies of the company and acts as an Executive Vice President for the Company.

  • Associate, Pre-Collegiate,

    Acting President of Innovations and Operations

    Program in Humanities, Engineering, Enterprise, Arts, Research, Technology, and Science (HEARTS 2022),

    Ray is our President of Innovations and Operations. She reports directly to the company leadership and also leads research and development programs within the company.

    She started at Readisten as a 2022 Summer HEARTS Fellow.

    As our fellow President of Innovations and Operations, she will research technology and arts processes that may be combined with application to linguistics. This will help Readisten in its mission to improve referential and research data access systems and discover the application of other languages in natural language outputs with a paradigm that emphasizes humanity towards operational production and enterprise development.

  • Acting Chief of Operations

    Associate, Undergraduate,

    Program in Music, Arts, Knowledge-base, Engineering, Research, and Science (MAKERS 2022),

    Siam is our Acting Chief of Operations.

    He was our Summer MAKERS Undergraduate Assistant for 2022.

    As our Chief of Operations he will assist executive, innovative, and operational departments of the company. He will foster cultivated networks and handle business affairs as indicated for the company.

  • Vice President of Innovations, Voluntary,

    Adam is the Vice President of Innovations and Ryan’s Brother.

    He helps troubleshoot our information system challenges and helps train and teach other team members. He also identifies scalable low code utilities for the company helps train members in developer environment setup.

  • Acting Chief Administrative Officer,

    Intern, Undergraduate,

    Program in Administration in Research Technology and Science (ARTS),

    Pari is our 2023 Winter/Spring ARTS Undergraduate Intern. She has been promoted to Chief Acting Administration Officer and manage the administration, development, and operational processes of the team.

    She will also execute leadership objectives of the company’s respective departments.

    2022 Program in Introductory App Development with Natural Language Integration,

    Faiyaz is an Acting Associate and Pre College Fellow at Readisten,

    He started at Readisten as a Resident in the Program in Introductory App Development with Natural Language Integration Resident Developer in Training Fall 2022 and had been promoted to Fellow and Acting Associate. He has a great fondness for mathematics. He also has experience in a number of coding languages such as HTML, Python, and R.

    Faiyaz will apply his Fellowship to interests in medicine, especially oncology, and he seeks to use his knowledge of this field in our program.

Readisten is a registered for-profit corporation in New York State, with incorporation dated in November 2020.

Work that is done related to Readisten, is deemed work of the corporation and no single individual. For more legal information visit our legal page.

In March 2022, Readisten had a temporary office on 6th Avenue in Manhattan. Our office time was used to develop and authorize the Summer Internship under the management advisory of former members.

In the Spring and Summer of 2022, Readisten began business agreements with Natural Readers and Speechify, applying their technology selectively to our products and services.

During that time frame, we developed a proof of concept of web page-based multi-source audio playback.

In late June 2022, Readisten submitted a provisional patent to the United States Patent Office.

In July 2022, Readisten developed in-house multiple application program interface systems to integrate into browsers with additional proprietary features,

During this period we also initialized a pipeline for second and third-generation technology for computer-based narrative and natural language-assisted synthetic speech or human voiceover.

In the Fall of 2022, the Readisten team launched an Exploratory Developer Training Residency specifically catered to the various specialized text-to-speech programs used at the company.

After all of that hard work, the company needed a break in Late Fall of 2022.

In Early Winter 2022, Readisten started its marketing and funding campaign with IndieGoGo and the Winter/Spring Developer Training Residency.

Readisten’s productions, services, innovations, research, and development are vital for common progress with a mission to accelerate discovery and referential systems for our country and humanity, within medicine and other industries.
